To All My Fellow Rialto Citizens,
I elected to establish this blog as a method of communicating my thoughts about various subjects and issues affecting us as citizens of Rialto, CA.
My opinions are mine and are not the opinions of any other official, manager, department head or employee of the city of Rialto, CA.
As an elected official, I believe that I have a responsibility to the citizens of Rialto. I am dedicated to working for the best quality of life in Rialto.
I will post on this blog from time to time on various subjects and issues. My intent is to express a different view point.
I welcome all feedback, good, bad and or indifferent. I am trusting that the information and comments posted in response will be constructive dialog and something different to think about.

- I have been a resident of Rialto since May 1990. I was first appointed to the office of Treasurer on October 19, 1999 to complete then-City Treasurer Tom Hallum’s term in office. I was first elected to office in November 7, 2000, re-elected November 2, 2004, and November 4, 2008. The elected Treasurer is responsible for the collection, safeguarding, investing and disbursement of city money.
